Kindness is contagious. One small act can create a ripple that brightens someone’s entire day. Whether it’s a smile, a high five, a helping hand, or a few kind words, every act of kindness makes our school and community stronger.
Let’s all take a moment today (and every day!) to spread kindness wherever we go.

Students in Mrs. Cano's Art 3 class got their creative juices flowing the last few weeks as they designed and painted two murals that will be on display at the Lake of Lights in Kento, Ohio over the holiday season. Morgan Stewart, Lexi Oakley, Mya Whitaker, Kiley Preston, Raine Frater and Taelyn Egbert used their painting skills to paint a mural of a polar bear in bib overalls holding a paintbrush, a 4x4 foot mural that proudly says HN Art Dept. The second mural is cut like a snow globe and inside the globe you will find a polar bear on skis, skiing in the snow. If you're able to attend the Lake of Lights event, be on the lookout for these murals as well as the other HN murals from previous years.

She’ll be representing Hardin Northern tonight in the District 8 All-Star Game at Coldwater High School, starting at 7:00 PM tonight.
Come out and cheer her on! We’re proud of you, Lainey! Congratulations on this awesome accomplishment.

After all the buses arrived, our veterans enjoyed a breakfast before the program began. The ceremony was a wonderful tribute to those who have served, and we extend a special thank you to our guest speaker, Kyle Linke, for sharing such an inspiring message.
We are so proud of our students for putting on an outstanding program and, most importantly, we thank all of our veterans for their service, sacrifice, and dedication to our country.

Today, we pause to honor and thank all the brave men and women who have served and continue to serve our country. At Hardin Northern, we are grateful for our veterans and the example they set of service, strength, and commitment.
Thank you, Veterans, for your service!
