In Physical Science today, students put Newton’s Laws of Motion to the test!
Using balloons, dominoes, tennis balls, and sheets of paper, they explored how forces act and react in different situations. These hands-on activities helped make complex concepts easier to see, understand, and apply.

A Delicious Lesson in Descriptive Detail! 😋🎄
We blended descriptive writing practice with a festive treat today! Second graders transformed plain sugar cones into beautiful, edible Christmas trees using frosting and an array of colorful candies.
They practiced using vivid adjectives to describe the crunchy, sparkly, and sweet details of their creations before enjoying every last bite. What a delicious way to learn!
