Public Records Policy

The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requires all public bodies to make non-exempt records available for inspection and copying. The Hardin Northern Local School District strives to comply with this law and endorses the fundamental concept that all persons are entitled to full, accurate, and complete information regarding the affairs of the district and its official acts and policies.
